Jeffrey Herlings has had a crazy season. I can't remember a title contender having so many distractions. The young Dutchman stays positive and continues to look like the guy who will be crowned World MX2 Champion in September, and then go on and possibly win the indervidual overall at the MXoN.

The Flying Dutchman Jeffrey Herlings continues his march towards the perfect season and another FIM World MX2 Championship. Now more than 80 points ahead of second placed Jordi Tixier the defending World MX2 Champion looks better each week. We caught up with him after his win in Portugal.

Jeffrey Herling is happy to be in Doha, Qatar and knows that if everything goes to plan the Flying Dutchman should win the MX2 overall and even has a chance of winning the Superfinal against the best MX1 riders in the World. Injury might change all that though.
