Stefan Everts has the most impressive Motocross of Nations record from the last 20 years. A handful of victories, magic moments like Slovaki in 1995, Nismes in 1997, Foxhills in 1998, Brazil in 1999, Namur in 2001, Zolder in 2003, Lierop in 2004, and Matterley Basin in 2006. If he wasn't team winner he was Inderviduel winner for his class.

Stefan Everts interview 1995 - The Video

It was 18 years ago and Stefan Everts was at the start of his wonderful career. Already with a 125cc World Championship to his name in 1991 the Belgian had suffered defeat at the hands of Greg Albertyn in the 250cc class1993 and 1994 and lost out in the 1992 250cc championship to American Donny Schmit.
