The Tribunal de Grande Instance of Havre has delivered its verdict in the case between Marvin Musquin to NGS and KTM and Honda. The leader of the World Championship is asked to finish his season on a Honda!

The information comes to us and here is essentially what it contains:

Marvin Musquin was ordered to finish the 2009 season (until 31 December 2009 precisely) in both the French championship and the World Championship on a Honda motorcycle and in compliance with the sponsorship contract binding him to the NSW team.

And therefore, the court prohibited him from participating in any event be it in colors other than Honda. As such, non-compliance will result in a penalty of € 150 000 per infraction.

We would like to add that according to those close to Marvin Musquin, he decided to appeal and that appeal decision will be made tomorrow in the afternoon. As a result, the conviction set forth above shall be suspended until tomorrow afternoon.
