Leok and Aubin shine in Valence International - Saturday

LS Motors Honda rider Tanel Leok has clocked the quickest time in the MX1 class for the Saturday times practice. Leok went 1:53.531, just pipping Red Bull KTM Factory rider Max Nagl and Monster Energy Yamaha rider David Philippaerts who went 1:54.172 and 1:55.239 respctively.
Further down the order were Sebastien Pourcel, Josh Coppins, Steve Ramon, Jonathan Barragan, Gregory Aranda, Ken De Dycker and Antonio Cairoli in 10th place. Cairoli clocked a 1:58.243 and was around five seconds off the pace of Leok.
Even further down the order were Clement Desalle in 14th place, Mike Alessi in 17th place, and Jimmy Albertson in 19th place, both around six seconds off the pace of Leok.
In the MX2 class it was Nicolas Aubin with a time of 1:52.539 (which was the quickest time including the MX1 riders), then came Marvin Musquin 1:53.111 and Shaun Simpson 1:53.237, the top three MX2 riders were quicker than the top three MX1 riders.
Following the top three were Gautier Paulin, Steven Frossard, Jeremy Van Horebeek, Ken Roczen, Jeffrey Herlings, Arnaud Tonus and Joel Roelants in 10th place.
