Saturday MX Show in Loket - GP of Czech Republic

News Saturday 07th August 2010 By Mike Van Cleven

Welcome to the Youthstream Motocross Show news update, brought to you by Rebootizer. This weekend the battle for Round 12 of the FIM MX World Championship is held in the city of Loket in the Czech Republic. When Frechman Xavier Boog joined the Kawasaki Racing Team late last year, his goals for this year were simple: learn.

No real goals for the championship title had been set, however the Frenchman showed stamina and soon became the best placed KRT rider in the 2010 Championship standing. Today an injury has put a hold on Xavier's 2010 championship race, but as a true sportsman, he joined us for the Youthstream Motocross Show here in Loket together with Sepp Sperl.

Sepp is Chief Mechanic for the Red Bull KTM Factory Racing, governing all machines running in MX1, MX2 as well as WMX. With this years new addition of the 350 to the KTM product line we asked Sepp about the the operations within the Red Bull KTM Factory Racing Team and the (un)expected good performances of Cairoli's 350cc engine.

About 1 month ago, Shaun Simpson was receiving treatment for blood deficiencies. Today he's back and bit by bit he's finding his rhythm again. The latter also counts for Yamaha Monster Energy Motocross rider Gautier Paulin.
Both riders are slowly but certain getting back to full performance, so time to catch up with them.
And find out the true story about Gautier Paulin's first experience as a tattoo artist.
