Villopoto and Tomac win in Colorado

The picturesque Thunder Valley Motocross Park hosted Round 2 of the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship, at the Thunder Valley National. Taking place in Lakewood, Colo., this event is notorious for its mile-high altitude, which demands the utmost preparation from both man and machine.

Desalle second in first practice - Thunder Valley

Belgian Clement Desalle has shown his cards with a second place times practice in the first practice for the 450cc class at the second round of the Lucas Oils AMA Nationals, held at Thunder Valley today. Desalle clocked a very similar time to the fastest rider Ryan Villopoto.

The second round of the Lucas Oils AMA Nationals is this weekend and two Belgian riders Clement Desalle and Kevin Strijbos get to put their skills up against the leading AMA riders. It will be interesting to see what happens in Colorado. Here is the entry list for 250 and 450 riders.

FIM World Championship contenders Clement Desalle and Kevin Strijbos will join the 2013 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship, sanctioned by AMA Pro Racing, this Saturday, May 25, when the Rockstar Energy Suzuki riders attend the Rockwell Watches Thunder Valley National at Thunder Valley MX Park in Lakewood, Colo.

Maxxis British Motocross Championship - Preview

Thunder Valley - What Awaits Desalle and Strijbos

The Thunder Valley circuit is not new to the Grand Prix riders, or at least not for Clement Desalle who rode there in 2010 for the Motocross of Nations.
