Harri Kullas and Petar Petrov head to Sweden

"I've been training and working on my starts and I believe I'm getting better. The problem is that when you're doing it on your own you always get the holeshot! Seriously though I believe with two decent starts I can easily be aiming for top-10 positions and that's my goal for the remaining motos of the season," he said. "We still have a lot of racing left to do and I know I can be in that top 11-10 and that's what I am going to push for. If those results give me a final position around the top10 at the end of the year then I'll be happy with that.
"The track there is really nice," he added on Uddevalla. "It's a bit soft and I've always had good races there so I'm hopeful for the weekend. I also really like Latvia so I have a couple of strong meetings to start this second part of the season."
Harri Kullas is now almost back to full fitness after competing in Portugal and Belgium with a stiff neck and upper back. The Fin rode to fifth and 15th last weekend at Aichwald in Germany against the bigger 450cc machines but is optimistic ahead of the programme in Sweden after getting back to shape. "I feel better and even through the riding last weekend my arms were not giving me any trouble and it was good to do that race. Even though my starts were not what I needed I was happy with the first moto because I passed a lot of people and came back from outside the top 10.
"Uddevalla is good track but I think most of the Grand Prix circuits have a decent level of preparation and can be something to look forward to. I cannot say I have a favourite; I just enjoy racing at this level and with this team," he added.
Uddevalla has a historic place as part of the FIM Motocross World Championship and the efficient organisation and sheer enthusiasm of the moto club north of Gothernburg routinely places the event in the top echelon of the series year-in year-out. The weather forecast for the weekend predicts bright and warm weather but with a chance of showers on both days
