Ramon wins Berck Beach Race - He's Back!!!
News Wednesday 10th October 2012 By Geoff Meyer
Former World MX1 and MX2 Champion Steve Ramon made a stunning return to major competition with victory at the Berck Beach race in France. The Suzuki mounted Belgian was too strong for the best race racers in the World, going 1-1 and producing another of his masterful performances.
Ramon made a winning return at the Beach Cross Berck, a race which opens the season trophy sand events along with Loon-Plage, Saint-Léger-de-Balson, and Grayan Hospital, Hossegor, and finally the big daddy of Le Touquet.
Ramon won 2 races in the MX1 class, the first from Priem, Foam and Allier and the second from Moss and Allier. An event raised enough yet also with drivers as Van Beveren and Antoine Meo, who prepare well Touquet 2013. It is hoped that Steve Ramon, the winner of this edition will come back to Le Touquet in February in his next attempt after the second victory of 2011.
Final Results Beach Cross Berck
