When it comes to the best Supercross riders in the World only two men stand out, American James Stewart and Australian Chad Reed. Stewart often has the advantage over Reed, although after both entered the senior ranks in America in 2002 Reed has had more success.

Winning two AMA Supercross Championships and an AMA Motocross Championship, while Stewart has two AMA Supercross Championships and two AMA Motocross Championships (one in 125cc and one in 450cc).

I truly believe that Stewart is faster, but Reed is for sure smarter and his winter preperation for 2010 in America might just give him that edge he needs to beat Stewart for the AMA Supercross title next year.

Take a look at this intense action from the Australian SuperX series. It's sure looks a lot tougher than what Stewart has been doing in the off-season.

Chad Reed and his Family - The Video

Eli Tomac to race 450cc in East Coast Races?

Honda America have really struggled in recent years with rider injuries. Once again with Trey Canard out injured they are looking for a replacement rider. Word on the street in America is that it will be Eli Tomac, the leader of the West Coast Lites Supercross series. Listen to Honda America team manager Eric Keo.

In many peoples eyes British MX2 rider Jake Nicholls is on the crest of cracking a place in the top five in the World. Always improving and the same work ethic that took riders like Ben Townley, Josh Coppins and Joel Smets to Grand Prix glory Nicholls is looking strong for 2012.
