My first race in the Italian championship this year! :) So I was looking forward to ride (after Mantova) for my Italian public again. In the first heat I could take a top 5 start and after a few lap’s I made some good passes.

David had made a pretty big gap in the first lap’s, but to the end I could also ride good lap times and was able to close the gap to 3 seconds, and finish second behind David.

In the second heat I could start top 3, and I didn’t stay behind Albee to long, I could pas in my first few lap’s. David was riding good lap times and even pull away from me.

We where over 15min, when I crashed with a lapped rider. It was definitely not his fault, this rider is deaf, so he couldn’t hear me coming. He wanted to move for give me some space and than we touch.

I finished second behind David in heat two. Today we races heat’s from 25min and two lap’s so it was a great training, closer to heat’s we ride at the GP’s. And in the last minutes of the heat’s I was still feeling great and I was really happy with my riding this weekend!

After talking together with my team I decide to ride the last round of the Italian championship in San sevirino marche as well! :D
