The Bercy Supercross will always be one of the most important parts of European Supercross history. Still today Bercy stands tall as the best Supercross in Europe and back in the day it was just the place to be. Here is a cool video of the 1991 edition with great racing from two young men named Stefan Everts and Jeremy McGrath, plus a lot more.
Also some great battles between J.M.Bayle and Jeff Stanton, plus a crash between Yves Demaria and McGrath.

Stewart wins after crash and wild ride - Bercy 2009

AMA Supercross Champion James Stewart spend Saturday night in Bercy on the ground once, and nearly crashed again in a wild ride off the circuit, but still came up an easy overall winning. The Yamaha mounted Stewart finished with 3-1-1 results for the victory.

Back in Time - Bercy Supercross 2009

As expected American hero James Stewart dominated the Friday night of the 2009 Bercy Supercross. The Yamaha mounted AMA Champion won every race he entered and was in a class of his own. World MX2 Champion Marvin Musquin got stronger as the night went on finishing third in the Final.

The first time I visited the Bercy Supercross was back in 1994 and that first trip was a real eye opener. I had read about this event time and time again in American magazines and finally I was there. While 94 was a little after the brilliant 80's when all the best American riders raced, it was still huge.
