AMA Nationals - Highlights 450 and 250 class

The kick off event of the 2011 Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship took place at the legendary Hangtown Motocross Classic in Rancho Cordova, Calif., and thousands of die hard motocross fans were in attendance to watch the world's best riders lay it all on the line.

In 450 Class action, TwoTwo Motorsports/Bel-Ray Racing's Chad Reed outlasted reigning champion, and Rockstar/Makita Suzuki rider, Ryan Dungey to grab his second straight overall win at Hangtown. The battle for the vacant 250 Class began with a captivating battle between Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki teammates Blake Baggett and Dean Wilson.

In the end, it was Baggett who prevailed, securing his first career motocross victory. The opening round of the eight-race Motorcycle-Superstore.com Women's Motocross Championship also got underway. DNA Shred Stix/Star Racing Yamaha's Jessica Patterson began her title defense by sweeping the day's motos, starting her quest for a seventh championship on a high note.

Grand Prix of Brazil - Highlights Video

The Grand Prix of Brazil turned into a very muddy event. Here are the video highlights of the event from both MX1 and MX2. Christophe Pourcel showed amazing speed, winning easily, while Tommy Searle proved too strong for his rivals. Check it all out here on MXlarge.

Grand Prix Mexico - Video Highlights

The two Red Bull KTM riders Antonio Cairoli and Jeffrey Herlings produced fine rides to win their respective classes in the Grand Prix of Mexico today. Tommy Searle and Jeremy Van Horebeek were also on the podium in MX2, while Cairoli was joined by Clement Desalle and David Philippaerts.

Maxxis British Motocross Championship MX2 - The Video

The third round of the Maxxis British Motocross Championship has been run and won by Kevin Strijbos and Mel Pocock and here is a cool video from new video photographer sensation Mikey Rutherford. This is the action from the MX2 class and we also have another video from the MX1 class coming soon.
