I remember it like it was yesterday, yet it was 25 years ago. Pouring rain, a lot of mud and a Team USA victory. It was for me a very exciting event, my first Motocross des Nations. Team Australia with the services of Craig Dack, Glen Bell and David Armstrong struggled in the european like conditions
It was American legends Jeff Ward, Ricky Johnson and Bob Hannah who took victory in the mud, while names like Rob Herring, Kees Van Der Ven and Georges Jobe also showed great speed.

2011 Boys in Brazil - The Video

Here is a cool video of the boys in Brazil from 2011. Not sure who shot it, but it's good fun and has some cool action. The sport has many positive elements and the way the GP looks and the performances of the riders is two of them.

Racer X held a special pro ride day at the Lake Elsinore Motorsports Park in Lake Elsinore, California before the Hangtown national. Michael Byrne, Michael Leib, Gareth Swanepoel, Nick Wey, Ryan Dungey, Ryan Villopoto, Jake Weimer, Ken Roczen, Fredrik Noren, Adam Cianciarulo, Marvin Musquin, and some random appearances.

Gary Freeman of Redeye photography and videoproduction and Mikey Neale the leading videophotographer in the sport of Motocross are two of the most creative people in the sport, both as photographers and videophotographers. They put together this cool video on Boxing and as a boxing fan I love it.
