Plasma 2.0, the full-coverage body armour

At the same time, Acerbis is launching the new Plasma 2.0, which builds on the DNA 2.0 base to develop into a full chest protector designed to offer complete protection while ensuring exceptional ventilation and comfort. This is thanks to a lightweight, perforated structure, with fabric covering only the areas where it is strictly necessary.

Some areas of the chest and arms remain free to increase ventilation and reduce sweating, a particularly important advantage during long days of enduro riding, as well as in the most intense motocross races.

The chest, back, shoulder, and elbow protectors are all CE Level 2 certified to guarantee a very high level of safety, thanks to a multi-layer structure with highly absorbent viscoelastic materials, combined with a semi-rigid biofoam shell that offers resistance, stability, and durability.

The shoulder straps are padded for a high level of comfort and contribute to the stability of the protectors together with the side adjustment system with double Velcro.
