From 2026, wearing a helmet with FRHPhe-02 (FIM Racing Homologation Programme for Helmets) certification is mandatory to participate in international off-road motorcycle competitions, and Acerbis is ready.

This has led to the creation of the Airstrike FIM Racing #2, the first Acerbis motocross helmet to meet the highest standards required by the FIM; an important milestone that confirms Acerbis' commitment to constantly raising the bar in terms of safety and performance for its products, designed for the most demanding riders.

Based on the new carbon fiber Airstrike-C platform, the Airstrike FIM Racing #2 motocross and enduro helmet represents the evolution of the top of the range in the Acerbis off-road helmet collection.

Despite the stricter standards imposed by the new homologation, it weighs only 1,250 grams in size M, confirming that lightness is one of the most sought-after features of Acerbis products. Available in two outer shells and two inner shells, it guarantees maximum comfort for every size.

The design is a fusion of European and American styles and stands out for its advanced technical solutions designed for competitive riding: the screwless peak contributes to weight reduction and seamless integration with the shell, while the removable air vents allow for quick cleaning of the helmet. The front seal ensures a large contact area with the goggle strap, designed to improve grip and correct positioning of the strap itself.

In addition, the extended front opening increases the field of vision and is also compatible with large goggles, offering clear, uncompromised vision. The helmet is also compatible with neck braces.

Great attention has been paid to comfort. The interior, which is completely removable and washable, is made with hypoallergenic, breathable, soft-touch fabrics that guarantee excellent moisture wicking. The A.C.S. (Acerbis Comfort System) further improves fit and internal ventilation, while the cheek pads feature a new quick-release system, easily identifiable thanks to the silicone logos.

To facilitate removal in an emergency, the helmet is equipped with a QRS Emergency system. The helmet is fastened with a red Ergal double D-ring.

Ventilation is provided by an advanced system consisting of four air intakes and five rear extractors, designed to ensure a constant flow of air even during slower or more technical phases.

The Airstrike FIM Racing #2 comes with a wealth of accessories, including a helmet bag, peak extension for greater protection, action cam mount (*the camera mount cannot be used in official FIM competitions due to regulations), tool kit, and spare screws, confirming its racing spirit and attention to even the most refined details.
