ADAC MX Masters will hold its first race weekend in Bitche. Exciting starting position in the ADAC MX Masters and ADAC MX Youngster Cup. MXGP leader Romain Febvre is a guest.

This coming weekend (30/31 August), an event will take place on French soil for the first time in the 21-year history of the ADAC MX Masters. For the penultimate time this season, the three racing classes ADAC MX Masters, ADAC MX Youngster Cup and ADAC MX Junior Cup 85 will start at the "Circuit du Martinsthal" in Bitche, near the border.

In the ADAC MX Youngster Cup, the lead of Bradley Mesters (NL/Kosak Racing Team) is also not very big. Lucas Leok (EST/KTM MX Futures), on the other hand, could become the new champion in the ADAC MX Junior Cup 85 ahead of schedule.

Most drivers are not familiar with the track, which creates equal conditions in all classes. In the top class ADAC MX Masters, Roan Van de Moosdijk was able to snatch the red plate of the championship leader from an ailing Max Nagl (D/Dörr Motorsport Triumph Racing powered by Krettek) at the last event and will try to keep it on the demanding mixed surface track of the UM Bitchoise.

Nagl, on the other hand, hopes to find his way back to his old strength. Maximilian Spies (D/Becker Racing) is also within reach of the top in third place in the standings and wants to take the momentum of his overall victory in Gaildorf into the seventh round of the championship. Jordi Tixier (F/KMP-Honda-Racing powered by DVAG) could also become the seventh winner of the season on home soil.

Marcel Stauffer (A/Osicka MX Team), Jörgen-Matthias Talviku (EST/JMT Esttrans Yamaha Keskus Racing Team) and Noah Ludwig (D/KTM Sarholz Racing Team) are also good for victories at any time. Jere Haavisto (FIN/GripMesser Racing Team), Emil Weckmann (FIN/SHR Motorsports by Hartje), Jakub Teresak (CZ/KMP-Honda-Racing powered by DVAG), Mike Gwerder (CH/HTS KTM Racing Team) and Kevin Brumann (CH/MX-Handel Husqvarna Racing) are other top international riders. From a German point of view, Cato Nickel (D/Bauerschmidt Husqvarna), Peter König (D/KTM Sarholz Racing Team) and Tim Koch (D/Visualz Production) are hoping for good placings.

In the ADAC MX Youngster Cup, Mads Fredsoe (DK/Cat Moto Bauerschmidt Husqvarna) has been able to reduce the gap to Mesters in recent races. Maxime Grau (F/WZ-Racing KTM) also wants to shine in his home country. Valentin Kees (D/Kosak Racing Team) is the biggest hope of the German fans for top results. In the ADAC MX Junior Cup 85, Lucas Leok is already well ahead of Jarno Jansen (CH/SixtySeven Racing Husqvarna) and Harry Dale (GB/KTM MX Futures). ADAC Stiftung Sport driver Luca Nierychlo (D/KTM MX Futures) is hoping for his third podium of the season. All three classes will compete in three ranked races each at the weekend. The first races for championship points will take place on Saturday, immediately after the Last Chance race.

Camping for fans is possible in Bitche. Tickets and camping tickets for the event can be purchased online in advance at the Ticket shop of the UM Bitchoise. On Sunday from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m., Max Nagl, Roan Van de Moosdijk, Maximilian Spies, Jordi Tixier and club member Romain Febvre (F/Kawasaki Racing Team MXGP), who will be on site as a spectator, will be available to fans at the ADAC MX Masters truck for the autograph session.

All races from Bitche will be broadcast in the free live stream. Between the runs, numerous interviews provide entertainment and up-to-date information. The livestream will be available on adac.de/mx-masters broadcast. On Saturday, the show starts at 2:15 p.m., and on Sunday the broadcast starts at 10:20 a.m.
