Arnaud Tonus has retired from the sport. A big pity as the Swiss rider is without still good enough to be a top ten rider with the right machine, but obviously with few teams capable of giving a rider a top ten and many very good riders in MXGP, time has run out on his career.

"Time for me to moove away and begin a new chapter," Tonus said. "I don’t really have the words, when you have been in the motocross world since 4 years old it’s pretty much all you know. I’m forever grateful for what the sport made me experience and the love for it will never go away! I really want to thank you guys for the love and support and truly mean it."
