The 2025 Boost Mobile AUSX Supercross Championship presented by Monster Energy officially kicked off Grand Final weekend today, as Adelaide welcomed riders, media and schools for an action-packed Press Day ahead of three days of racing (27–30 November).

With the championship on the line, SX1 and SX2 contenders hit the track for the first time, giving media an early look at the form, intensity, and rivalry that will shape this weekend’s Grand Final decider.

Schools Day: 3,000 Students Track side

Adelaide’s Supercross takeover began with the AUSX Pit Stop Schools Day, as more than 3,000 students toured the Supercars precincts and track build areas. Students met riders, collected autographs, and gained a rare behind-the-scenes look at Australia’s biggest supercross event — providing strong community and media content opportunities.

Riders attending included: Dean Wilson, Cedric Soubeyras, Luke Clout, Phil Nicoletti, Aaron Tanti, Dylan Walsh, Alex Larwood, Dylan Wills, Cole Thompson, Mitchell Harrison.

Media captured:
First sighting of the full SX track layout
Opening section laps
Rider interviews and pre-race commentary
Championship contenders discussing pressure and preparation

With the SX1 and SX2 titles still open, Press Day delivered strong storylines across both classes, particularly around Dean Wilson’s championship.
