Australian SX - Live Coverage
The 2026 Boost Mobile AUSX Supercross Championship presented by Monster Energy will be available live to fans across Australia, with AUSX confirming its major broadcast line-up ahead of the Townsville Season Opener on Saturday, 3 October.
For the entire five-round Championship, fans will be able to watch every round LIVE and free on 7plus Sport, with the full live broadcast also available LIVE and on-demand via Kayo Sports.
The partnerships put AUSX across two of Australia’s major streaming platforms, with 7plus reaching more than 13.8 million national users and Kayo Sports reaching more than one million subscribers. The package significantly expands the opportunity for Australian sports fans to access the Championship throughout the 2026 season.
The action will then continue on free-to-air television, with 7mate delivering a one-hour highlights program on the weekend following each round, featuring the biggest races, battles and moments from race night.
It comes as AUSX prepares for one of its biggest seasons yet, with five major stadium events across Australia and New Zealand, a stacked international and domestic rider line-up, and an expanded racing program in 2026.
AUSX CEO Adam Bailey said the broadcast partnerships were an important part of continuing to grow the Championship and making Supercross more accessible to fans around Australia and the world.
“Having every round of AUSX live and free on 7plus Sport, as well as live on Kayo Sports, means fans right across Australia can follow the Championship from the first gate drop to the final race,” Bailey said.
“Supercross is made for live broadcast. The racing is fast, unpredictable and incredibly exciting, and we want to make it as easy as possible for fans to be part of it, whether they’re inside the stadium or watching from home.
“7mate then gives us another opportunity on Sunday to showcase the biggest moments and stories from each round to a national free-to-air audience, via one of Australia's most prominent linear channels.”
The 2026 Championship will feature some of the biggest names in world Supercross alongside Australia and New Zealand’s leading riders.
International stars Ken Roczen and Cole Davies will headline Auckland and the AUSX Open in Geelong, while Jo Shimoda will make his highly anticipated 450 debut at the AUSX Open before lining up in Perth.
They join a growing international field featuring defending AUSX SX1 Champion Dean Wilson, 2024 AUSX SX1 Champion Joey Savatgy, Cameron McAdoo, Christian Craig and Cedric Soubeyrus, alongside the leading Australian and New Zealand contenders such as Luke Clout and Hayden Mellross, fighting for the 2026 Championship.
The season will also see the introduction of SMX Next Australia, providing the strongest international pathway for emerging riders to compete on the AUSX stage and giving fans the opportunity to see the next generation of Supercross talent as part of the Championship program.
For international fans, the Championship will also be available through the newly launched AUSX 360 platform, available for download on iOS and Android, or via ausxsupercross.com.au.
The 2026 Boost Mobile AUSX Supercross Championship presented by Monster Energy begins at Queensland Country Bank Stadium with the Townsville Season Opener on Saturday, 3 October, before heading to Auckland, Geelong, Perth and Newcastle.
