Bourdon Wins SX1 - Race 1
The 2025 Paris supercross began with the rider introduction and then first up was the SX2 and SX1 opening races and the SuperPole for the two classes. In the opening SX2 race, it was Boisrame led the opening SX2 race from Luke Clout, then Soulimani, Bourdon, and Fonvieille in fifth. Boisrame a mistake and Clout into the lead.
Clout continued to lead, but Bourden had moved into second and was all over the Aussie for the lead. A great battle between these two as Clout continued to lead. Soulimani remained in third, with Fovieille in fourth and Humphreys in fifth. Boisrame back in the pack.
Clout who is usually a 450 rider showing brilliant supercross skills, but Bourdon not letting him get too far ahead. Third place now miles behind as Clout and Bourdon click off great lap times. Bourdon into the lead as he passed Clout in a corner, but Clout not giving up and charging to push the leader in the corner but missed out. Bourdon wins it from Clout and Fonvieille who passed Soulimani.
Luke Clout: It was a good race and I heard the French crowd screaming for Bourdon. I am so happy to be here. Thanks Paris.
