Clout Wins Race One
Australian rider, Luke Clout on the Bud Racing Kawasaki has won the opening SX2 race ahead of Anthony Bourdon and Calvin Fonvieille in third place. The Aussie is trying to become the fourth Australia to win in Paris and the second to win the Prince of Paris title. The other is of course, Matt Moss, who win that prize in 2022.
Luke Clout: Glad to get that first race win. I always take time to warm up, so I will be better in the other two races. So, two more races and looking forward to having some fun.
Clout started in second behind Fonvieille and was quickly into first with Bourdon in fifth early, but he moved into third place on lap one. Cannon in sixth place. Clout just rode off for the race one win, and Bourdon while fighting for second place moved into second place in the final lap.
