January 1, 1968 was the first of Evil Knievels big jumps, when he jumped the fountain at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Nearly 50 years ago, on October 25 1975, Knievel decided that he wanted to go out and jump 14 Greyhound buses. 

Looking through youtube today and I came across the video of Travis Pastrana that we showed you five years ago doing what Evil Knievel did back in the 1970s. Also the old videos of the original jumps. Back in 2007 Evil Knievel passed away, but people from that era will never forget his amazing feats.
