Farres Wins Saturday - Turkey
Spaniard, Guillem Farres of the Triumph factory team, has won the MX2 qualification race, after taking the lead early and then just running away with the moto. He finished ahead of early leader, Sasha Coenen, with Liam Everts third.

Coenen with the early lead, but Farres into the lead as Coenen goes to second after nearly crashing. Third was Everts, then Langenfelder, McLellan, Janis Reisulis, Karlis Reisulis, Grau, Mikula and Zanocz 10th.
Farres looking strong with a 1.4 second lead over Coenen as the points gap for the championship was 26 points. Lap two the lead was 2.3 seconds, then Everts third, but 4.6 behind Farres.
Lap four and the lead was three seconds between Farres and Coenen, with Everts 5.2 behind in third place, then Langenfelder, McLellan, Janis Reisulis, Karlis Reisulis, Grau, Mikula and Zanocz. Not a lot happening in this MX2 moto. Farres wins it from Coenen and Everts.
