The 2026 AMA Pro Motocross Championship begins this weekend at Fox Raceway in Pala, California, where Honda HRC Progressive will field its full rider lineup, together for the first time this year.

With all four riders healthy and ready for the outdoor season, the team enters the summer prepared to contend in both the 450MX and 250MX classes. In 450MX, reigning champion Jett Lawrence returns to defend his title and unbeaten overall-win streak at Fox Raceway.

Brother and teammate Hunter Lawrence enters the season following his strongest 450SX Supercross campaign to date, with the duo's confidence further buoyed by last year’s 1-2 finish in the final AMA Pro Motocross standings.

In 250MX, Jo Shimoda and Chance Hymas return to action after injuries sustained during Supercross. Shimoda looks to improve on last year’s runner-up finish as he continues his pursuit of a first-career outdoors title, while Hymas aims to capitalize on his proven race-winning speed during a healthy outdoor campaign.
