Langenfelder - ADAC Starter
The World Championship leader returns to the ADAC MX Masters after six years. This is Längenfelder's debut in the ADAC MX Masters class. It's an ideal track for setting up his bike.
The current leader of the MX2 Motocross World Championship, Simon Längenfelder (Germany/Red Bull KTM Factory Racing Team), will compete in the ADAC MX Masters in Tensfeld on July 19 and 20, 2025. This marks the 21-year-old ADAC Sports Foundation rider's return to his racing roots for a weekend.
The Upper Franconian knows the ADAC MX Masters very well – in 2019, he confidently secured the ADAC MX Junior Cup 125 title, laying the foundation for his international career. Now, six years later, Längenfelder returns to the series as one of the most successful German motocross riders of the present day and will compete against the best ADAC MX Masters riders on his 250 cc factory KTM on the challenging sand track in Tensfeld. Längenfelder will also be available to sign autographs for fans on Sunday afternoon.
"I'm delighted to be back at the ADAC MX Masters after six years and to show the fans that I know where I come from and where my roots lie. Tensfeld is a great track, and the difficult conditions offer me and the team a great opportunity to further refine the suspension setup for the upcoming sand Grand Prix," said Längenfelder.
He competed in his first race in Tensfeld in 2012 as part of the ADAC MX Federal Final, where he finished fifth in the 50cc class. After winning the ADAC MX Junior Cup 125 title, he focused on his career in the Motocross World Championship, where he has since achieved six overall Grand Prix victories.
Fans can look forward to a top-class field and exciting racing in the four classes: ADAC MX Masters, ADAC MX Youngster Cup, ADAC MX Junior Cup 125, and the German Women's Motocross Championship. Tickets are now available online through the ADAC Schleswig-Holstein ticket shop.
