The Dutch MX Season Opener in Lierop on March 1st is fast approaching. Almost all classes are nearly full, and every day more top riders are signing up to fine-tune their race rhythm ahead of the new season.
Several riders recently added to the 250 class include Ivano van Erp, Noel Zanocz, Aron Katona, Nicolai Skovbjerg, Dani Heitink, and Dean Gregoire.
They will line up against, among others, Liam Everts, Mathis Valin, Scott Smulders, Gyan Doensen, Maxime Grau, and many more. With the total number of entries approaching 60 riders, it promises to be a packed and exciting class in Lierop.
The 500 class is also filling up quickly. This week, there has been strong interest from Germany, with Max Nagl, Noah Ludwig, and Tom Koch registering for the event. Adam Sterry will also be lining up in what is shaping up to be a highly competitive field, featuring riders such as Jeffrey Herlings, Kay de Wolf, Romain Febvre, Glenn Coldenhoff, Jago Geerts, Alberto Forato, Brent van Doninck, Roan van de Moosdijk, Sven van der Mierden, and others.
