Juan Pablo Acevedo is probably the best motocross photographer at the moment and the always smiling owner of MX1Onboard website in Spain (also English speaking section) shot some very good images over the weekend of Red Bull KTM factory rider, Lucas Coenen.

Now Coenen didn't win the GP, but he did put up a great fight and nearly won it. Actually finished with more points than GP winner, Romain Febvre, having gone 1-1-2 for the three motos on Saturday and Sunday.

Without question, the Belgian is in with a big shot at becoming the first Belgian World motocross champion since Steve Ramon nearly 20 years ago. Now wouldn't that be something.

Of course, a Frenchman named Romain Febvre, with the red plate, more experience and two victories in a row might have something to say about that. Anyway, check out JP's cool images
