• FORK INNERTUBE DISASSEMBLING TOOL

The Andreani Group R&D, for years involved in the design of wrenches and equipments dedicated to suspensions professionals, has created a new practical innertubes disassembling tool for street and off-road forks. It is an indispensable accessory that makes possible to simplify the removal of the fork tubes in a fast and, above all, safe way, as it eliminates the risk of scratching or damaging the tubes. The kit is proposed in the practical box case containing the universal tool and the various reductions in 35, 36, 37, 41, 43, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49 and 50 millimetres diameters. 

• DB4 PLUS SUSPENSION TEST BENCH

The DB4 Plus is the newest and most advanced Andreani Dyno for testing suspensions of motorcycles, mountain bikes, cars and atvs. This is the enhanced version of the DB4 base model that had already set the pace between suspension dynos on the market for its advanced technical features.

The DB4 Plus, thanks to the 5.5 kW 380 V three-phase AC motor, can reach higher speeds and forces than its previous version equipped with a 4 kW engine, allowing specialized technicians to characterize high-force or high-speed suspensions.

The DB4 Plus has a software that includes, among the various advanced functions, hysteresis analysis, dissipated energy and damping coefficient calculations, and it is equipped with a sophisticated electronic controller board that ensures a stable and reliable automation and extremely precise data acquisition. It also offers real-time visualization of the suspension load-speed graph with an intuitive graphical interface, the possibility to compare different click settings and valves options, to measure dynamic suspension parameters and to detect any operating anomalies. Custom software can be available upon request. Like the DB4, the Plus model is equipped with a series of adapters useful to test every kind of suspension and it is delivered with its laptop with software already installed.

• OVAL AND SPEED EDGE FOR TRK 502 X BENELLI

The range of MIVV exhausts dedicated to the TRK 502 X Benelli has been expanded with two new models of the OVAL and SPEED EDGE line.

The Oval maintains the structural characteristics based on the oval section body available in carbon fiber or in titanium with a high thermal resistance carbon cap characterized by open slits that give the exhaust a sportier design, and mantains also the performance characteristics based on the Euro 4 homologation, on the excellent qualities of lightness and excellent performance.

The Speed Edge model is also Euro 4 approved but available with a silver stainless steel or brushed black body with carbon cup and anchor bracket, and is designed to improve motorcycle's performance and sound while always paying particular attention to the exhaust sporty design. 

• THE MK3 LINE EXTENDED

With an excellent feedback from users, the MK3 MIVV range of exhausts has expanded with new versions dedicated to the most widespread street bikes, including Honda CBF 500 and 650, KTM Duke 125 and SuperDuke 1290, Yamaha R6, thus reaching 17 models of this exceptional slip-on.

Born from the experience got in the Moto3 and Moto2 World Championships and developed for the most widespread sports bikes, naked and motard, the MK3 exhausts are the perfect synthesis between performance and technology and are offered in a Euro 4 approved version and in three variants, single or double configuration: MK3 Carbon made with a central body in glossy carbon fiber, MK3 Black stainless steel in AISI 304 stainless steel with black painted central body, and MK3 Inox natural made in AISI 304 stainless steel but with a natural pearl finish. Exhaust design, similar to the one used in the World Championship, is characterized by its compact dimensions and the protective grille on the exit cup and the elegant laser-engraved logo that gives an additional touch of class to the exhaust.

The MK3 line, replaceable to the original exhaust in a simple and fast way, ensures a significant increase in power and weight reduction, in addition to boasting the inimitable MIVV sound. 

• NEW MODELS FOR THE KTM SUPERDUKE 1290

In addition to the exhausts of the OVAL line in carbon or titanium, SPEED EDGE stainless steel or black stainless steel, SUONO and SUONO BLACK, MIVV now also offers the Euro 4 MK3 and DELTA RACE models for the KTM SuperDuke 1290 from 2014.

The MK3, made of carbon, stainless steel and black stainless steel with a protective grille on the cup, and created to improve sound and performance of the bike, is offered in single or double version and designed to highlight the original design of the Austrian street motorcycle through a particularly high-tech compact look, in addition to offering all-important performances derived from the development in the World Championship.

The DELTA RACE model is instead characterized by the exclusive design of the body which goes from conical to hexagonal, equipped with carbon cap and perimeter bracket with double riveting. It boasts a low weight, ensures a significant increase in supply and power and features a removable db killer. The Delta Race is offerd in the stainless steel and black stainless steel versions. 

• MK3 AND GP PRO FOR YAMAHA YZF R6

The MIVV series of specific models for the widespread Yamaha YZF R6, including among others a full titanium EVO version for racing, has recently added the MK3 and GP PRO versions, developed to put even more emphasis on the Iwata sports motorcycle and Both homologated Euro 4.

The MK3 is the result of the experience gained in the Moto3 and Moto2 World Championships and is the perfect synthesis of performance and technology. It stands out for its compact size, for its captivating MIVV sound and for its excellent performance.

The GP PRO is the ideal product for those who demand top look and technology, characterized by a central body in carbon with a glossy finish, by semi-artisan TIG welds, by a compact and essential design and by a removable protective grille that hides the dB- killer.
