For anyone lucky enough to be involved in the sport in the 1990s, you had to love attending the British GP at Foxhill, or Foxhills as many of us call it. In 1995, Paul Malin pulled off the shock of the century, as he won ahead of names like Sebastien Tortelli, Alex Puzar, Alessio Chiodi and many others.

At Foxhill in 1995, Paul Malin made motocross history by winning the 125cc Grand Prix of Great Britain, becoming the first English rider ever to win a British GP in the 125cc class.

On June 11, 1995, the iconic Foxhill Moto Park hosted a historic "double-header" Grand Prix event, staging both the 125cc and 250cc classes on the same day. Riding a Yamaha, Malin sent the massive home crowd into complete jubilation with a spectacular performance on the circuit's steep, chalky slopes.

First Moto Victory: Malin rode flawlessly in the opening race, taking an emphatic win ahead of top tier championship contenders like Dave Strijbos and Alessio Chiodi.

Second Moto Strategy: In the second race, Malin got another excellent start. Knowing a second-place finish was all he needed for the overall victory, he let Italian rider Alessandro Puzar pass. He crossed the finish line in second to secure the historic overall GP win.
