Racer Evolution - Join Now
Brian Jorgensen, Yannis Kostantinomanlakis and Jeff Perrett have joined forces to form a new motocross coaching program - 'Racer Evolution’.
With a combined 102 years of experience between them in the sport, the trio will be starting out with two initial coaching days this summer before announcing detailed plans of comprehensive coaching packages and boot camps through the off season and throughout the 2026 racing season.
Brian, a former MXGP winner and podium contender for factory Honda and Yamaha and 125cc British and European champion has 46 years experience under his belt as a racer and now as an established motocross coach for riders all across Europe.

Yannis is a well respected fitness and performance coach in his own right through his business 'Olympus Pro’ which many youth and adult British championship racers will know and has a back ground working with Red Bull athletes.
Although now more known to a younger generation as a commentator and presenter for the Arenacross World Tour and Motul MXGB British championship, Jeff was also a GP racer in the mid to late 90’s and has been involved with all aspects of the industry during his career, from being a magazine editor to event organiser. He now also runs his own youth MX Team, '3 Flo Madison Crescent Yamaha’ and like Brian is an ambassador for Yamaha, managing their UK’s bLU cRU program.

“The three of us have been chatting about this project for over a year, and now everything has aligned for us all and the time is right for us to action it” says Jeff. “We all feel we’ve got a lot of knowledge to give to riders, in fact we don’t feel, we know, and we figured as a combination the three of us can offer a pretty extensive program to cover all levels of rider from the beginner to riders who want to race at European championship level. We’ve all been around the block a few times and been both sides of the fence and seen and tasted the many pitfalls along the way, so it’s now time to put those experiences to good use and help and support riders on and off the track.”
Brian, who raced in the British championship for several top teams managed by Dave Thorpe, Rob Hooper and Steve Dixon is looking forward to returning to the U.K more regularly. “Obviously I spent a lot of my career racing in the U.K so I’m going to enjoy coming over more often and taking in some races. Britain seems to have a good depth of talent in the new generation of racers so hopefully we’ll work with some of them in the U.K and also in Europe and make them better racers and athletes. There’s no quick road to success and you have to work hard but I think with the right people in your corner who have walked the path to becoming a GP racer can definitely help eliminate some mistakes you may make along the way. Sports science has advanced so much more and now also plays a huge part, so Jeff and I are pleased to working with Yannis who will also bring so much to the table on that side of things."
Likewise Yannis, who is a high performance coach specialising in strength and conditioning as well as injury rehabilitation for motocross athletes, is excited to be announcing their partnership.
“I'm really looking forward to be working with Brian and Jeff and about the future of our Racer Evolution program. In my career I’ve had the pleasure of working with Red Bull’s world class action sports athletes which has 100% expanded my knowledge and approach to performance coaching. In the past 10 years I’ve been privileged to have played a part in five world, one European and three British championship wins and 300 plus podium finishes across different classes and sports. Motocross is my real sporting passion and I’ve wanted to work with a like minded and experienced motocross coach for many years, and now I’m going to be working with two! Brian and Jeff has so much experience and knowledge on the sport and have both raced at the highest level so between the three of us I’m confident we'll offer a great service and help racers improve and evolve…. hence the name we’ve settled on.”
The first ‘Racer Evolution’ motocross coaching day will take place on Tuesday 27th May at ‘Henry Hills’, situated between Welshpool and Shrewsbury for all levels of riders on any brand of mx bike from Big Wheeled 85cc racers upwards at a cost of £120 per rider plus a £30 track fee.
The coaching day will start at 9am and finish at 4pm. ‘Henry Hills’ is an awesome track laid out in a valley with prime dirt and is exclusive to ‘Racer Evolution’.
