The 2024 MXGP World Motocross Championships comes to the three-quarter mark of the season at glorious Uddevalla for the MXGP of Sweden, as the first of three straight weekends of action gets underway!

The hard-pack circuit has thrown up some unusual winners in years gone by, and if anything this GP could be vital to the World Championship in both classes!

Five-time World Champion Tim Gajser still holds the MXGP World Championship lead, and will be looking to strike here before we return to the sand in a week’s time, while Jorge Prado, the reigning World Champion, has never won a GP at this circuit! Jeffrey Herlings, on blistering form, has to look back a whole decade to his last GP victory at Uddevalla, but do not count out “The Bullet” as he makes a charge to chase up the points leaders! Jeremy Seewer is aiming to extend his two-year winning streak here, so could be a real fly in the ointment to the big three!

The MX2 class was won here last year by Simon Laengenfelder, and the German is on form again as he tries to chase down the Nestaan Husqvarna teammates Kay de Wolf and Lucas Coenen! Reigning World Champion Andrea Adamo won a race here last year and would dearly love another!
