Anyone lucky enough to follow this event, then you will know what I mean, its just the most pure of adventures. I was lucky enough to cover some of the Dakar rally in the 1990s and I can tell you, those memories will live with me forever. Here is a cool video of some of what the competitors can expect in 2026.
