De Wolf Wins In Switzerland
Kay De Wolf of the Nestaan Husqvarna factory team has won with 1-3 results in Switzerland today and made a huge break in the points from team-mate, Lucas Coenen. The Dutchman is now a Grand Prix in points ahead of his Belgian rival.
Simon Langenfelder was second overall with 4-1 and Liam Everts third with 2-5. Coenen really struggled with 6-7 scores. De Wolf now has a 61 point lead over Coenen, Kay de Wolf 831pts and Lucas Coenen 770pts.

MX2 Moto Two
Reisulis in the lead ahead of Benistant, Langenfelder, de Wolf, Haarup, Lucas Coenen, Everts, Sasha Coenen, Elzinga and Braceras in 10th. Chambers a crash and in last place. Adamo in 13th place and Sasha Coenen a mistake and back in 14th spot. Everts also a mistake and dropped to 14th.
After two laps the lead by Reisulis was 3.1 seconds ahead of Benistant, then Langenfelder, de Wolf, Haarup, Zanchi, Elzinga, Karssemakers, Braceras and Adamo. Lucas Coenen a crash and he takes the ever so popular 14th place, Everts now 12th and Sasha Coenen 15th.
Lap four the lead by the Latvian was nearly eight seconds with Langenfelder second, then Benistant, de Wolf, Haarup, Elzinga, Zanchi, Karssemakers, Everts, Braceras in 10th. De Wolf all over Benistant for third place. Lucas Coenen up to 11th on lap six.
Lap seven and the top ten was Reisulis, Langenfelder, De Wolf, Haarup, Benistant, Elzinga, Zanchi, Everts, Lucas Coenen and Karssemakers. Everts moving through the pack as he moved into seventh place on lap 10. Lucas Coenen also moved into ninth place to try and repair of bit of the damage.
Langenfelder all over Reisulis for the lead and giving himself a chance to get the overall ahead of De Wolf. Langenfelder into the lead and needs Haarup to catch and pass de Wolf to take the overall and break the Benelux domination of the 2024 MX2 championship.
Lap 13 it was Langenfelder, Reisulis, de Wolf, Haarup, Elzinga, Everts, Benistant, Lucas Coenen, Zanchi and Prugnieres in 10th. Langengfelder wins from Reisulis and de Wolf. Langenfelder wins the moto from Reisulis and de Wolf.
